The company’s headquarters are located at 48 Iancu de Hunedoara Blvd., Crystal Tower, 6th Floor, District 1, Bucharest, Romania.
Through Capital Financial Services, xMoney enables online businesses to accept payments via a wide range of instruments — including credit and debit cards and alternative payment methods — directly on their websites or platforms. The platform provides end-to-end infrastructure, including card acquiring, payment gateway services, fraud prevention, customer support, and funds settlement.

As a licensed institution, Capital Financial Services ensures compliance with the highest standards of financial security, including PCI-DSS certification for handling sensitive card data. The platform is designed to support fast, secure, and scalable payment processing across various geographies and industries.

Cryptoassets payment services offered under the xMoney brand are provided by two authorized and licensed entities to deliver secure, innovative and compliant cryptocurrency payment solutions. Together, both companies form a trusted foundation for the future of digital transactions, combining technical reliability, compliance, and customer-centric design to move the world of payments forward.
Cifralfabeto Unipessoal Lda is registered as a VASP in Portugal. The Bank of Portugal, the Portuguese regulatory authority for VASP registration (details available here), has approved the company to provide all four categories of cryptoasset services, encompassing exchange services between cryptoassets and fiat currencies, exchange services between different forms of cryptoassets, transfer services for cryptoassets, and the safekeeping and/or administration of cryptoassets or instruments enabling their control, ownership, storage, or transfer, including private encrypted keys.
Modernityparty OU complements this offering as a registered Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) authorized by the Estonian FIU under license number FVT000333. This license authorizes the company to provide services for exchanging cryptoassets for fiat currency or other cryptoassets, as well as cryptoassets wallet and transfer services.
